Background and Mandate
In 2023, prominent and legitimate brand owners (including but not limited to White Glutathione, Ishin, and You Glow Babe) faced severe threats from widespread counterfeiting. Due to temporary manpower constraints within government regulatory agencies at the time, legitimate brands were left vulnerable to syndicates operating multiple shops selling illicit goods produced by unauthorized, backyard manufacturers. To combat this, our organization was formed. Supported and sponsored collectively by affected stakeholders, our team is composed of former National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents, retired Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspectors, seasoned corporate lawyers, and government liaisons.
